Noise and Vibration Modelling & Solutions
Computational noise modelling is a tool that can be used to predict noise impacts. Often, computational modelling is undertaken in combination with the monitoring of existing noise sources, to allow for the prediction of further expansion during construction and operation phases.
Sophisticated computer modelling tools allow for the accurate prediction and design of acoustic control measures. We operate a range of leading acoustic software packages for environmental noise prediction, internal noise modelling of sound quality and noise breakout. Using advanced technologies and computer modelling techniques, we provide innovative solutions that minimise the effects of everyday external noise and control the impact of noise inside.
The Telemetrix team has extensive experience in the prediction of noise levels and contours using sophisticated software modelling packages including:
- Noise levels predicted for road, rail, aircraft, industrial, commercial, and recreational facilities;
- Noise contours for cumulative exposure; and
- Contours for blast overpressure and ground vibration levels.
